Lead your people through AI transformation

The tools are the easy part. Rising Team coaches every manager on your AI strategy, rehearses the conversations they dread, and gives teams a structured way to change how they work, while leadership sees where it’s landing.

The problem

Most AI rollouts are built on one pillar

Organizations have bought the tools. What’s missing is the other pillar: managers ready to lead the change, and teams ready to change how they work. Without it, AI adds work before it saves any, and adoption stalls team by team.

AI transformation drawn as a beam on two pillars. The AI tools pillar stands; the pillar for managers and teams is missing, so the beam tips down to the ground. AI TRANSFORMATION AI TOOLS MANAGERS & TEAMS In place Missing

How it works

Building the other pillar, one quarter at a time

Take the engineering director from our webinar demo: four managers, a 30-person team spread across locations, uneven AI adoption and a new CTO with new priorities. This is their quarter with Rising Team.

  1. 01 · Week one

    Arti learns your rollout

Arti starts from your AI strategy, approved tools and policies, then hears what this director is actually facing, so its coaching matches both.

  2. 02 · One focus

A plan built around one goal

Like a personal trainer, Arti helps pick one goal to start with, then books a plan into the calendar: working sessions, coaching, a roleplay and a team session.

  3. 03 · Practice

    Rehearse the hard conversation

The director practices a one-on-one with Ted, a respected engineer pushing back on AI. Arti plays Ted, then scores the conversation.

  4. 04 · Together

    The team works it out

Short sessions run inside the team’s existing meetings, so concerns surface early and the team agrees how AI fits its work.

  5. 05 · Visibility

    Leadership sees where it’s hard

Anonymized trends show the challenges each department is working through, so leaders send the right support before adoption stalls.

In your manager’s shoes

When AI change gets hard, no manager handles it alone

It’s Tuesday’s standup. Ted, a respected senior engineer, says the AI-written code is making more work, not less, and the team is nodding. Here’s what one of your managers does next with Rising Team, and what it means for your rollout.

What you give every manager

  • An AI coach that knows your AI strategy and their team
  • Rehearsal for the conversations that decide adoption
  • Team sessions ready to run, with no lift from HR
  • Private coaching: you see anonymized trends, never their conversations

They ask Arti what to do

Ted just pushed back on AI in front of the team. How do I handle it?

Arti already knows craft is what motivates Ted most, from his team session, and knows your AI policy and quality bar. Its advice starts there.

For your organizationEvery manager gets guidance in step with your rollout, instead of improvising.

  2. Before the one-on-one

They get a plan for the conversation

    • Lead with curiosity, not a counterargument
    • Separate the concern about quality from resisting AI
    • Invite Ted to define what good AI-assisted code looks like

For your organizationA research-backed approach, built on your own leadership principles.

  3. The day before

    They rehearse it out loud

Arti plays Ted, more defensive or more open on request, then scores the rehearsal.

For your organizationManagers practice on Arti, not on your people.

  4. At the next team meeting

The team works it out together

The manager runs an AI Transformation Mini, a short team session inside the meeting they already have. Everyone says what’s working and what isn’t, and Ted helps the team define what good AI-assisted code looks like.

FAQ

Questions leadership teams ask

How does Rising Team fit with our AI training programs?

It complements them. Tool training teaches people what AI can do. Rising Team works on how managers lead the change and how teams change the way they work, which is where most AI programs stall.

How does Arti reflect our AI strategy and policies?

Your organization shares its AI strategy, approved tools and policies with Arti, alongside your values and leadership frameworks. Arti uses them together with what each team has shared in Rising Team sessions, so every manager gets guidance in step with your rollout.

Are managers’ conversations with Arti private?

Yes. The organization sees only anonymized trends, aggregated across people. Arti never passes what one person tells it into anyone else’s conversations: if someone tells Arti they’re struggling, that never reaches their manager.

How soon will we see results?

Within a quarter. Rising Team measures retention, manager effectiveness, productivity and engagement with and without Rising Team. Customers see a lift of 20% or more in manager effectiveness in a quarter, and at a Fortune 50 technology company, trust and connection scores rose 30% within one quarter.

Is our data used to train AI models?

Never. Customer data is never used to fine-tune, train or improve any AI models at Rising Team or by its third-party partners, and each AI service it works with contractually commits not to train on the data it sends them.
