Rising Team helps leaders and their teams grow together by enabling managers to easily host meaningful team connection and development experiences focused on key leadership themes. These experiences are delivered via Rising Team kits, which include both science-based training for leaders and engaging, interactive experiences for teams.
There are two main types of kits — Connection Kits and Development Kits. Connection Kits are shorter sessions designed to promote deep team bonding. Sample Connection Kits include: Lifelines, Gratitude, and Keep/Let Go. Development Kits are longer in duration, and are focused on developing and practicing leadership skills within teams. Sample Development Kits include: Psychological Safety, Appreciation, and Resilience.

copy linkIn order to keep Connection Kit and Development Kit sessions to a reasonable length, we limit participation to 14 team members. Since the sessions involve active participation and sharing, keeping the size of the team to 14 or fewer ensures that everyone gets time to talk and you can have a meaningful session within a reasonable amount of time. Teams that are larger than 14 can be split into smaller groups.
